Julien Nespola

Julien Nespola currently serves as Directeur régional Occitanie at Groupe Lamotte since November 2022. With a strong academic background, Julien has been a Chargé de cours at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier 3 since September 2011, teaching modules on sustainable attractiveness of port metropolises and the rehabilitation of industrial wastelands. Prior to these roles, Julien held the position of Directeur d’agence Occitanie at Groupe Pichet from November 2018 to November 2022 and worked as a Collaborateur cadre in real estate promotion from January 2010 to October 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as Chargé de missions at the Délégation interministérielle à l'Aménagement du Territoire et à l'Attractivité Régionale (DATAR) from June 2008 to March 2009. Julien Nespola holds a Master and Doctorate in Urbanisme & aménagement du territoire from Université Paris-Sorbonne and a Licence in the same field from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III, alongside studies at the École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Nancy.
