Frédéric Hanna

Frédéric Hanna has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Frédéric currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Landerz since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Wrk in 2022.

From 2015 to 2021, Frédéric served as the CTO and Co-Founder of LunchBox. Their responsibilities included managing the Lunchbox app, which had a substantial user base, generated high monthly revenue, and ranked among the top Food & Drinks apps. The app aimed to increase restaurants' profitability and reduce food waste by creating a dynamic pricing model through a transactional mobile app.

In 2020, Frédéric participated in the FounderFuel program as part of the 2020 cohort. Frédéric gained valuable skills and knowledge in conscious leadership, venture capital funding, due diligence, and pitch training.

In 2016, Frédéric completed the Product-Market Fit program at District 3 Centre D'Innovation. This program focused on goal setting, data-driven product iterations, storytelling, and pitch training.

Frédéric also participated in the Acceleration program at Centech Mtl in 2015.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Frédéric worked as the CEO and Founder of InfernalHOST from 2012 to 2015. InfernalHOST aimed to automate the publishing and deployment process for static web developers, improving their productivity and reducing errors. Frédéric also gained experience in project management as the Project Lead at Bell in 2014, where they optimized an approval workflow for financial forecasts and capital expenditures budgets.

Earlier in their career, Frédéric worked as a Principal Software Developer at CAE Healthcare in 2013, where they reengineered a part of the purchasing workflow for an ultrasound simulator. Frédéric also served as an Independent Software Consultant at Université de Montréal in 2014.

Frédéric Hanna attended the École de technologie supérieure from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Software Engineering.

In 2019, they attended McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management for a brief period and completed the McGill X-1 Accelerator Program, specializing in Entrepreneurship.

Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, Frédéric Hanna studied at the Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne, where they received a DEC degree in Technique en informatique de gestion.

In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a CCNA1 certification from Cisco in 2010.
