Sabine Rolland

Sabine Rolland's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions throughout their career. Sabine started in 1988 as a Product Manager at BLACK & DECKER France. Sabine then moved on to Tenera Environmental in 1989, working as a Sales Support Specialist. In 1990, they joined Legris - Parker Fluid Systems Connector Division as a Marketing Analyst before progressing to roles such as Market & Business Intelligence Manager, Talent Acquisition and International Training Manager, Senior HR Manager, and International HR Operations Manager.

In 2006, Rolland joined Groupe Legris Industries as an Organization Development Manager, and later served as Director, Organization Development & CSR. Sabine also took on the role of Director of Strategic Programs before becoming the Director of Strategy and Development, where they were responsible for leading strategic planning, supporting business units in their development, conducting market research, and setting up operational efficiency action plans and strategic programs.

Throughout their career, Rolland has demonstrated a range of skills and expertise in areas such as strategy, development, organization development, CSR, HR operations, talent acquisition, international training, market intelligence, and marketing analysis.

Sabine Rolland began their education in 1986 at Montpellier Business School, where they earned a Master's Degree in Management, specializing in Marketing, in 1989. In 2006, they pursued further studies at HEC Paris, completing an Executive Master's program in Strategic Business Unit Management, with a focus on Human Resources. In 2011, Rolland obtained an Executive Certificate in Corporate Strategy Management from ESCP Business School. Most recently, in 2017, they attended CentraleSupélec, earning an Executive Certificate as a Chief Digital Officer and Digital Champion, emphasizing Digital Transformation. Throughout their career, Rolland has also obtained additional certifications, including a MOOC Digital RH from Unow in December 2015 and a PerformanSe test from PERFORMANSE in 2000.
