Christelle Roussel

Christelle Roussel possesses extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Responsable Développement RH at Groupe LIP – Interim et Recrutement since August 2016. In this role, Christelle leads a team of eight, focusing on recruitment and training initiatives, overseeing the integration of new employees, and managing internal mobility and professional development. Responsibilities include budget oversight for training, deployment of various training programs, and managing the Qualiopi certification process. Previously, Christelle held the position of Responsable Recrutement Groupe, where efforts were directed towards revamping the recruitment service and training the team. Earlier career experience includes serving as Directrice de Bureau at COMEXX Recrutement and as Consultante Sénior for Groupe Randstad France, specializing in the recruitment of both executive and non-executive profiles. Christelle holds a Master 2 degree in Gestion des ressources humaines et services from SKEMA Business School.
