Berengere Fetrot

Berengere Fetrot has over 17 years of experience at MACIF, currently serving as Responsable périmètre Relations RH for the distribution network, overseeing training and administration, and managing a multidisciplinary team. Previous roles include leading a customer relations center, managing a team of teleconseillers, and handling complex claims. In addition, Berengere Fetrot has provided legal education at the Pôle universitaire de Niort and possesses multiple degrees in law from Université de Poitiers, including a DESS in insurance law and a master's degree in private law.
