Richard GUYOT has over 20 years of experience in IT, currently serving at MACIF since September 2004 in various roles, including Responsable de service Delivery, Responsable de service - Département Engagement Clients, and Architecte projet. Responsibilities at MACIF encompass managing teams of architects and operational staff, leading projects such as the implementation of a heavy claims management tool, and overseeing budget control and stakeholder relations.
