Proud Franco-Ontarian and Métis, Ms. Monique Ménard has worked in the field of education, leadership and organizational development for nearly 30 years.
Passionate about the success of the person within the organization and the development of Francophone institutions, Monique Ménard has sat and chaired various groups including the Association of Franco-Ontarian Education Managers (AGÉFO), the Ontario Council of Principals of Education (CODE) and the Ontario Council of French-Language Principals of Education (CODELF) and currently sits on the Standards of Practice and Education Committee.
Her interest in developing the full potential of staff members guided her training as an MBTI II, DISC and sound governance practitioner. She holds a teaching certificate, school principal qualification, supervisory officer certificate and a master's degree in leadership and evaluation. She also holds a Certificate in Business Administration and Leadership for Senior Executives.
