Marc Guay

Marc Guay serves as Chairman of the Board for multiple organizations, including GRYB, Groupe Meloche, GAB-Induspac, and Loki Box Design, among others. Additionally, Marc holds positions as Board Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for PH Tech and CIF Métal Ltée, as well as an advisory role for Polyrix, SML Inox, Rotec International, and Le Groupe Xtreme. Marc's educational background includes an MBA in General Management from UQAM, a Board Governance certification from IGOPP, and executive programs from Queen's University and Motorola University, complemented by coursework at Columbia University.
