Caroline Catalan

Caroline Catalan currently serves as Directrice RSE at Groupe Nicollin, focusing on defining and implementing the group's corporate social responsibility strategy, overseeing actions, and preparing annual reporting. Prior to this role, Caroline was Manager for Environment and Strategy at I Care Environnement, where responsibilities included leading sustainable strategy projects and managing client portfolios, as well as developing new business and supervising a team. Earlier roles included Senior Consultant at I Care Environnement, Eco-design and Sustainable Development Engineer at Nexans, and Consultant for Life Cycle Analysis and eco-design at Quantis International. Caroline began their professional journey as a Research Engineer on territorial resilience at Polytechnique Montréal. Educational background includes a Master's in Eco-design and Environmental Management from Arts et Métiers, a Master's in Applied Sciences in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, and an Engineering degree in General Mechanics from ISAE-Supméca.
