Lucie Maurel possesses extensive experience in change management and organizational transformation, currently serving as a Conseil Conduite du Changement at onepoint since January 2019. In this role, Lucie develops collaborative approaches to enhance work experiences and workplace environments aligned with corporate culture, while guiding senior management in implementing new work methods. Prior to onepoint, Lucie held positions including Responsable Conseil Utilisateurs at Artdesk Group, where project transformation was driven by a focus on culture, management, and technology, and Senior Consultant in Change Management at CGI Business Consulting, where strategic change initiatives were designed and executed. Lucie's earlier roles included Business Development Manager Junior at Peclers Paris and Assistant Product Manager at Hermès, complemented by a strategic management education at TBS Education and additional study at Queen's University.
