Matthieu Fouquet

Matthieu Fouquet has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Directeur Général Délégué and HR Partner at Onepoint since February 2009, focusing on NWOW, feedback, team management, and change management among other specialties. Prior to this, Matthieu held the position of Human Resources Director at EMTechnologies from March 2006 to February 2009, contributing to HR development and restructuring across locations including France, Turkey, and Hungary. Matthieu's earlier experience includes roles as HR Director and Division HR Director at Valeo Control Panel Division, where responsibilities involved global HR management and career development. The early career included serving as HR Manager at Valfond Chassieu, managing union negotiations and administrative affairs. Matthieu holds a degree from Sciences Po and a DEA in Social Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
