Philippe Koubaka

Philippe KOUBAKA is an experienced leader in operations and program management, currently serving as the Leader & Operations Director at onepoint since February 2016, focusing on financial services. Philippe's responsibilities include recruitment, operations management, mentoring, and business development. Recently, Philippe held the role of Directeur des opérations at Agence de services et de paiement (ASP), overseeing the Calypso program and leading an Agile transformation across multiple teams. Previous positions include Senior Credit Risk PMO Lead at Société Générale, SAFe RTE for the Data Platform program at Banque de France, and Projects Director at DGDDI. Philippe's background in program and project management is further strengthened by prior experience at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking and Crédit Agricole CIB.
