Dominique Guegan has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as Responsable Recrutement & RH at OPEN since January 1998, focusing on recruiting IT profiles and project management roles in the banking, insurance, and industrial sectors. Prior to this, Dominique worked at Adecco Group as Responsable Agence Tertiaire from September 1988 to December 1998. Dominique holds a DESS in Industrial Property from the Faculté de Droit at the Université de Strasbourg.
