Jean-Marc Razafimandimby

Jean-Marc Razafimandimby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting within the public sector. Currently serving as Directeur de mission at OPEN since August 2021, responsibilities include oversight of activities at the Direction Générale des Finances Publiques (DGFiP) in Île-de-France and the Ministry of Justice. Previous roles include a consultant position at Pôle emploi and project management at Sopra Steria, where significant achievements encompass leading various IT projects for DGFiP and the AFPA, particularly in tax and public finance management systems.
