Sylvie Gendreau

Sylvie Gendreau has extensive experience in bid management, currently serving as a Bid Manager at OPEN since June 2014. In this role, Sylvie oversees the entire response cycle for AV files, which includes client needs assessment, qualification, response strategy formulation, and proposal writing in collaboration with internal and external teams. Sylvie works closely with Sales Managers and Key Account Managers, providing input on process improvements and internal communication. Types of handled projects range from €1M to €15M, covering fixed-price development or integration projects, application maintenance, IT sourcing transformation, and various sectors such as public, banking, energy, telecommunications, transport, and industry. Prior to OPEN, Sylvie worked at Groupe Jouve from March 1995 to May 2014, where roles included Consultant Avant-vente and Technico-commercial Engineer, focusing on bid responses and project management. Sylvie holds an engineering degree in Computer Science and Media Engineering from IMAC and received education at Saint Louis Paris.
