Anne-Marie Loeillet

Anne-Marie Loeillet serves as the CEO of Swiss Urban Operator since December 2023, and holds the position of Vice-présidente for the Comité du Prix d'Excellence at FIABCI-SUISSE, as well as a board member at Groupe Orllati SA. Additionally, Anne-Marie is a member of the Fondation WRP's Council and previously managed Allreal Romandie until December 2023. With a substantial background in urban development and architecture, including past roles as Executive Director and CEO at PCM Opérateur Urbain SA and various positions within the State of Geneva and Nestlé SA, Anne-Marie brings extensive experience in property management and governance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Urban Development from the University of Stuttgart and architecture and urbanism degrees from ENSAM and Université de Montpellier Paul-Valéry.
