Philippe Bonifacio

Philippe Bonifacio has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as Directeur juridique at GROUPE PIZZORNO ENVIRONNEMENT since March 1998. Prior to this role, Philippe held the position of Responsable Juridique Division at Redland Granulats from February 1993 to February 1998, where responsibilities included negotiating and drafting commercial and real estate contracts, managing corporate transactions, ensuring compliance with competition law, and overseeing litigation matters. Philippe began their career as a Juriste at SOCIETE D'EXPERTISE COMPTABLE from November 1991 to November 1992. Philippe holds a DEA in business law, competition, and contracts from Université Aix-Marseille-Faculté de Droit et de Science Politique, as well as a DPECF diploma.
