Elise Martini

Elise Martini currently serves as Group CFO at Groupe Premium, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Elise was CFO FV I and VP Corporate Controller at ETHYPHARM from July 2016 to January 2024, where responsibilities included structuring the finance function in a growing mid-cap company under LBO. Previously, Elise held various positions at Technicolor from February 2006 to March 2016, including VP Corporate Transversal Projects and Chief of Staff to the DDG President and COO, as well as Head of M&A Europe. Elise began their career at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Manager and further developed expertise at Ernst & Young as Audit Principal/Executive Director. Elise holds a Master's degree in Finance from NEOMA Business School and a DEC from a university program ongoing since 2007, in addition to completing preparatory classes at Lycée Lavoisier in Paris.
