Mouna al Ibrahimi

Mouna Al Ibrahimi has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Mouna is currently the Supply Chain & Operations Director at Richbond. Prior to that, they founded and served as a Senior Consultant at the Center of Excellence. Mouna also has experience in the non-profit sector as the Co-Founder and President of Bénévoles Sans Frontières (BSF Maroc), an NGO focused on healthcare, education, and sustainable development.

In their previous roles at The Coca-Cola Company, Mouna held various positions including Product Commercialization Manager, Supply Chain & Operational Excellence Manager, and Supply Chain Manager for the North & West Africa Business Unit. Mouna was responsible for driving operational excellence initiatives and improving organizational capability across multiple countries and plants.

Earlier in their career, Mouna worked at Unilever, where they held roles as a Supply Chain Manager, Logistic Manager, and Capital Project Manager. Mouna led strategic projects, managed capital expenditures, and implemented process improvements.

Before joining Unilever, Mouna gained experience at Colgate Palmolive as an Industrial Engineering Manager and a New Product Development Manager.

Mouna Al Ibrahimi has a diverse education history. In 1992-1995, they attended Ecole Mohammadia des Ingénieurs EMI, Rabat, where they obtained a degree in mechanic. Following this, they pursued an MBA at ISCAE from 1998-2000. In 2002-2003, they furthered their studies at OFPPT / France Telecom, earning a Master's degree in Euro Master in TELECOM/GSM. In 2004-2005, Mouna became certified in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management through the APICS - CPIM program. Lastly, in 2016, they completed the Supply Chain Excellence Program at Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. Additionally, Mouna has obtained certifications such as Train of Trainer from APICS in October 2019, and they are also a CPIM (APICS) certified professional.
