Jory Lacazer

Jory Lacazer serves as Group General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Groupe Roullier since May 2017, overseeing legal and compliance practices with a team of 15 legal practitioners. Prior to this role, Jory held the position of Associate General Counsel for EMEA APAC at SunPower Corporation from April 2014 to April 2017, leading a team of 5 attorneys in various legal areas including corporate governance and litigation. Jory's earlier experience includes a decade at Veolia Water, where responsibilities spanned General Counsel for Major Projects and Contracts, as well as General Counsel and Ethics' Group representative for the Asia-Pacific region, managing teams and legal strategies across diverse projects and contracts. Jory began the legal career as International Legal Counsel at Veolia Eau - Compagnie Generale des Eaux, focusing on tender documentation and operational contracts. Jory also pursued advanced education in finance at ESCP Business School and holds a degree in law and commerce from emlyon business school.
