Khalida Chami

Khalida Chami has extensive work experience in the field of business transformation, project management, and supply chain. Khalida is currently the Director of Business Transformation and CSR at SANDRO, where they are responsible for defining and delivering transformation projects across various areas such as omnichannel, supply chain, retail, and operations excellence. Prior to this role, Khalida was a Transformation Manager at SANDRO, overseeing similar responsibilities.

Before joining SANDRO, Khalida worked at SMCP - Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot as an Organization Senior Project Manager, where they were involved in managing different projects within the organization for three years.

Earlier in their career, Khalida worked at Manhattan Associates as a Project and People Manager, where they led the implementation of warehouse management and omni-channel management solutions for French and international clients. Khalida also served as an OMS solution design and lead Consultant, responsible for project management, solution design, and implementation of supply chain commerce solutions for fashion retail customers in France and the USA.

Khalida started their professional journey at Capgemini as a Confirmed Supply Chain Consultant, where they gained valuable experience in supply chain management.

Khalida Chami pursued their education with a focus on the engineering field. From 2001 to 2006, they attended Ecole Nationale Polytechnique and obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering. Following this, they enrolled at Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, where they completed their Master's degree in Conception Industrialisation Innovation in 2007.
