Audrey Leclerc has a strong background in the food industry with expertise in research and development (R&D) and quality control. Audrey started their career as a Quality Manager at Kraft Foods Group in 2005 and then moved on to work as a Quality Control Specialist at Plaisir Gastronomique in 2006. In 2007, Audrey joined Viau Foods Inc. as an R&D Projects Manager, where they were responsible for testing, recipe management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Most recently, Audrey held the position of Technical Chief and Categories - R&D at Groupe St-Hubert, where they played an integral role in product development and optimization. Throughout their career, Audrey has consistently demonstrated their commitment to delivering high-quality and safe food products.
