Charlène Bonenfant

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has extensive experience in nursing informatics and clinical documentation. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene leads initiatives in clinical documentation and patient bedside education. Previously, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where the A4 Healthmatics ED application was implemented in the emergency department. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Business Consultant focusing on Convergent Medical Terminology at Kaiser Permanente IT and working as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
