Albiona Mjekiqi

Albiona Mjekiqi, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Financial Reporting at GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions, a position held since December 2020, after progressing through roles including Supervisor and Senior Financial Accountant in the same department. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Accountant at MNP from September 2016 to October 2020 and as an Accounting Associate/Junior Accountant at Sandel Foods Inc. from May 2015 to June 2016. Albiona began a career in accounting at AZENDIT Accounting Inc. as a Junior Accountant between March 2014 and April 2015, and worked as a Customer Service Representative at Safeway from May 2008 to September 2014. Albiona holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of the Fraser Valley, earned between 2010 and 2015, and became a Chartered Professional Accountant from CPA Canada during the period of 2017 to 2020.
