Cheryl Kitching

Cheryl Kitching is a seasoned professional in learning and change management, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Change Management at GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions since March 2022. In this role, Cheryl oversees the design, development, and delivery of training for various teams, ensuring effective employee onboarding and training initiatives. Prior to this position, Cheryl held multiple roles at BC Hydro from 1999 to 2022, including Instructional Design Manager, where management of a team and a significant budget was required, and Training Project Manager, focusing on safety training initiatives. Cheryl also has experience in workforce scheduling from the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and has held previous roles in administration and purchasing. Cheryl's educational background includes studies at the University of Victoria from 2003 to 2005.
