Petros Koumantaros began their career in 2001 at Intel Corporation, where they held the positions of Project / Program Manager and Buyer / Senior Buyer. In 2005, they moved to Spectrum Pension Consultants, where they served as Managing Director and CEO, as well as Director of Business Operations. In 2011, they co-founded GROUPIRA, where they served as Chairperson. In 2018, they became a Financial Consultant at intellicents.

Petros Koumantaros obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an Information Systems Option from the University of Washington in 2001. PETROS then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University in 2004. In 2009, they obtained the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) Credential from the National Association of Plan Advisors. In 2018, they obtained the Series 65 - Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination from the NASAA. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) Credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
