Laura Hicks is a seasoned professional in the field of digital media and market development, currently serving as the Global Head of Market Development at GroupM since January 2024. Previously, Laura held the same title at Finecast from January 2022 to January 2024, and served as Managing Partner - Global Trading at Wavemaker from March 2019 to January 2022. Laura's experience with GroupM includes roles as Managing Partner and Partner in Digital Trading from January 2018 to March 2019. Prior to this, Laura worked at MEC as Trading Partner for Digital and at Accenture Interactive as Digital Media Lead, representing the firm in the UK and Ireland across various sectors. Laura began their career at Carat as Digital Account Director and also held the position of Digital Account Manager at both MEC Global and Isobar. Laura holds a BA in Advertising & Marketing Communications from Bournemouth University.
