Raquel Paim

Raquel Paim is an accomplished Activation Director at GroupM, with extensive experience in digital marketing and performance strategy. Previously, Raquel served as Head of Ads Strategy at Leadzai, where a strategy unit was created to manage core business operations. At Blue Market Agency, Raquel held various leadership roles, including Head of Performance, overseeing performance teams and restructuring processes, and worked as a Digital Project Manager and Campaign Manager, managing campaigns across multiple countries. Raquel's career began at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Portugal as an Account Manager and included earlier experience as a Pharmacy Assistant at Sonae MC. Raquel holds postgraduate degrees in Digital Business and an Executive Program in Leadership from Porto Business School, as well as a licentiate degree in Computer Science from Universidade do Algarve.
