Sanjay Maheshwari

Sanjay Maheshwari is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the Asia Pacific region, currently serving as Executive Director of Finance and Commercial at GroupM Nexus APAC, a WPP company, since January 2011. Sanjay has held various senior roles within GroupM, including Senior Regional Commercial Finance Director and Regional Financial Controller, wherein responsibilities included managing M&A activities, overseeing commercial aspects of Trading, and spearheading significant business initiatives such as the establishment of XAXIS. Prior to GroupM, Sanjay was the Chief Financial Officer at Ingram Micro, where the establishment of a subsidiary in Indonesia was a key achievement. With a solid foundation in finance from positions at Hewlett Packard and KPMG, Sanjay is highly skilled in financial management, compliance, and strategic planning. Sanjay holds multiple qualifications, including Chartered Accountant credentials from India, CPA from the USA, and a degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
