Randal Goff has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Randal currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering and Technology at Group O, where they are responsible for corporate technology road mapping, global capital expenditure, new business return on investment, process tech development and deployment, and product management in logistics environments. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Vice President of Operations Engineering and Process Technology at the same company, where they reported directly to the COO and was responsible for client relations, corporate technology strategy, and financial ownership. Before joining Group O, Goff worked at Assurant as the Technical Product Management/Engineering Solutions head for the Connected Living Group, collaborating with global telecom carriers and electronics OEMs. Randal also held various leadership roles at Flex, including Director of Strategic Sales Enablement, Director of Value Engineering and Technical Supply Chain, Director of Engineering-Technical Business Support, and Director of Global Manufacturing Engineering. During their time at Nokia, Goff served as the IT Product Manager for Mobility Demand Supply Network Design, Business Management Portfolio and Transition Planning Manager, Program Manager, Design for Packaging Senior Engineering, and Industrial Engineer. Randal also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Fujikoki America and General Motors Components Holdings, LLC as an Industrial Engineer.

Randal Goff completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Central Michigan University between 1992 and 1996. Randal later pursued further education at Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business from 2005 to 2007, focusing on the field of Business. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from Breakthrough Technologies in May 2006.
