Suerrette Franck

Suerrette Franck has a diverse work experience spanning over several different companies and roles. Starting in 1992, Franck worked as an Assistant Controller at Dove Equipment until 1995 when they moved on to become a Controller at The Marthens Company. In 1996, Franck joined Heart of America Group as a Controller and stayed there until 2007. From 2007 to 2008, Franck worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at The HON Company before moving on to become the Director of Finance - Marketing Solutions at Group O from 2008 to 2012. Franck then returned to Heart of America Group as the Sr. Project Manager and later the VP of Hotel Operations from 2012 to 2015. Franck then rejoined Group O in 2015, holding roles such as Director Product Management, Executive Director of Product Development & Innovation, Vice President of Software Development, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance.

Suerrette Franck has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Western Illinois University, which they obtained from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they had studied Accounting at Graceland University from 1988 to 1989, although they did not obtain a degree from that institution. Additionally, Franck has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1994, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through the AICPA. Then, in November 2015, they obtained the certifications of Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
