Previously, Jim held various roles at Grainger, culminating in a directorial position overseeing a team of 14 and managing extensive non-income tax matters. With experience in diverse environments, including the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, Jim has consistently focused on modernizing processes and enhancing strategic direction. Jim holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Taxation from Northern Illinois University and an MBA in Finance from Dominican University.
