Zuzana Vydrova

Zuzana Vydrova, CFA, PMP, serves as the Head of Finance Digital Transformation at Groupon since October 2023. Previously, Zuzana held the role of Consultant at Eaton from June 2021 to September 2023, focusing on IT transformation projects and acting as a transformation agile coach. Zuzana was the Program Management Office Lead at Česká pošta from April 2019 to May 2020, delivering strategic projects and managing portfolio delivery for transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Strategic Business Development at ING Bank Česká republika, overseeing core strategy implementation, and as Transformation Office Lead at ČEZ Group - ČEZ Prodej, leading a comprehensive retail transformation program. Zuzana’s earlier roles also encompass strategic development at Erste Group Bank AG and project management at Česká spořitelna, a.s., with foundational experience at CET, Central Europe Trust Ltd. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Finance and Applied Business Statistics from Prague University of Economics and Business and an internship in Corporate Finance from the University of Plymouth.
