Deborah Pearce

Deborah Pearce has over 25 years of work experience in the field of taxation. In 1993, they began their career as a Tax Supervisor at Kula, Cowan & Barnes, PC. In 1997, they moved to Clifton Gunderson, LLP as a Tax Manager. In 2004, they joined Boeing as a Tax Specialist, where they were responsible for monthly sales/use tax compliance reporting, analyzing sales data, compiling property location and inventory reports, and summarizing the information obtained for proper compliance reporting in accordance with multiple states income tax regulations. In 2012, they became a Volunteer Attorney at Interfaith Legal Services for Immigrants, where they researched various legal questions to assist attorney in defensive asylum cases and removal hearings, as well as prepared immigration forms and supporting documentation for U.S. citizens. Most recently, in 2018, they were appointed as the Vice President of Business Operations at GroupSense.

Deborah Pearce obtained a Juris Doctorate in Tax Law/Taxation from Saint Louis University School of Law between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Accounting from St. Ambrose University between 1987 and 1990. Her educational journey began at Stockton High School between 1982 and 1986.
