Susan Liao is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in leadership, consulting, and product management. Currently serving as an Advisor and Guest Facilitator at QTBIPOC Design, Susan is also the Founder and Lead Facilitator at Startups for All, an online incubator focused on empowering early-stage founders from historically marginalized communities. As the Owner and Lead Consultant at Leaders Like Us LLC, Susan reimagines the Future of Work through innovative leadership practices. Additionally, Susan holds advisory roles at Grouptrail, PeakMetrics, and Clarityflow, and serves on the boards of Xcelerate Women and Open Space Institute - US.
