Dylan Sinton

Dylan Sinton currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Barfly 305 since September 2024, specializing in dry hire bartending services for various events. Sinton has also held a server position at Grove Bay Hospitality Group since September 2022 and previously worked as General Manager and Lead Bartender at Botanico Gin and Cookhouse from June 2021 to September 2022. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Manager at The Mahwah Bar & Grill, and various positions at Saddle River Inn, Hillstone Restaurant Group, Agawam Hunt Country Club, Allendale Bar and Grill, Rosemarin/Vinya, and others spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry. Sinton earned a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Food and Beverage Management from Johnson & Wales University between 2014 and 2018.
