Diane Fager is a seasoned registered dietician with over 20 years of experience in creating menu programs for various health and living facilities. Currently serving as CEO of Grove Menus since November 2008, Diane has established the company as a resource for independent and assisted living communities, group homes, and skilled nursing care facilities. Previously, Diane was CEO of Grove Development from January 1993 to November 2008, where menu development for assisted living facilities became widely adopted through referrals. Earlier career roles included consulting for DeTar Healthcare System and Roanoke Memorial Hospital, focusing on wellness, weight control, and nutrition education. Diane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Brigham Young University between 1976 and 1981.
