Ray Sato is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Grow, a company that helps build startups in Japan and APAC. Prior to that, Ray was a co-founder at HYRE, which specializes in simplifying the hiring process. Ray has also worked in various leadership roles at well-known companies such as Asana, Uber, Michael Page, and Mitsui Chemicals. Ray has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Stony Brook University and has completed Executive Education in Leadership & Strategy from Harvard Business School.
