Yui Homma is an experienced executive consultant currently working at Grow since August 2023. Previously, Yui held the position of principal consultant at Hays from November 2017 to July 2023. Prior to that role, Yui served as a human resources development officer at Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. from April 2015 to November 2017. Yui completed a bachelor's degree in business studies at Doshisha University, graduating in March 2015.
