Melanie Pillay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and program management. Currently serving as the National Operations Manager at Grow ECD since February 2021, Melanie previously held the role of Programme, Education and Patient Management at Operation Smile South Africa from May 2018 to January 2021. Prior to that, Melanie spent nearly six years at Kantar TNS South Africa in various positions including Senior Research Executive, Researcher, and Project Administrator. From October 2010 to October 2012, Melanie contributed to market research at SheridanGlobal, an international retail research specialist. Melanie holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Unisa (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts with majors in English and Psychology from the University of Cape Town (2005-2009).
