Nikhil Shah

Nikhil Shah is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Lead SCM at Grow Indigo since May 2023, Nikhil previously held the position of Assistant General Manager - SCM at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited from August 2000 to May 2023. In this role, responsibilities included managing market demand execution, maintaining customer satisfaction through timely product delivery, and overseeing inventory control and logistics operations. Nikhil also served as Senior Supply Chain Manager, leading demand planning, procurement, and distribution activities while being actively involved in SAP and GST implementation. Earlier in the career, Nikhil was the Sales Administration Manager responsible for supporting a team of approximately 250 field personnel. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Statistics and Accounts from Gujarat University, completed between 1990 and 1992.
