Sean Spain is an experienced professional in the fields of innovation and strategy, currently serving as Head of Innovation at Brit Insurance since February 2023 and as an Innovation Fellow at Grow London since November 2023. Previously, Sean held the position of Senior Innovation & Strategy Manager at Ki Insurance from February 2023 to September 2023 and worked at Deloitte UK from July 2017 to January 2023 in various roles including Manager, Strategy & Operations and Senior Consultant, Strategy & Operations. Sean's expertise encompasses investment strategy, product strategy, decision support modeling, strategic business model transformation, and procurement and commercial strategy. Early career experience includes serving as an Analyst/Consultant at Provelio between August 2015 and July 2017, where responsibilities included financial modeling and strategic reporting. Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Bath Spa University, completed in 2015, and attended John Hampden Grammar School from 2003 to 2010.
