Timothy Spiers

Timothy Spiers currently serves as the Director of IT, Innovation, Digital and Transformation at Oxfordshire County Council since December 2019 and as an Innovation Fellow with Grow London since November 2023. Previously, Timothy held the position of Director of IT, Digital and Transformation for both Oxfordshire County and Cherwell District Councils from December 2019 to August 2022. Prior to that, Timothy was a Senior Technology Leader at an Independent Limited Company from June 2004 to December 2019, where a variety of senior technology leadership services were provided. Earlier experience includes roles as a Software and Technology Leader at Capita, focusing on Management Information Systems, and as a Business and Technology Specialist at Abbey National Treasury Services, where improvements to business processes were achieved. Timothy's education was completed at Brooklands Technical College.
