Chris Castañeda-Barajas

Chris Castañeda-Barajas is a seasoned software engineer currently with Grow Progress since January 2021. Previously, Chris served as an analytics engineer at Clarity Campaign Labs, where comprehensive analytic solutions were developed for progressive political efforts. As data and targeting director at Win|Win, Chris managed a state-wide voter database and provided strategic recommendations for voter outreach. Additional experience includes guiding digital marketing strategies at United Way of King County, leading a website redesign for Fuse Washington, and managing special projects at Year Up Puget Sound. Chris's early career included coordination roles at organizations focused on social justice and labor studies. Chris holds a certificate in Data Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Washington.
