Gajus Miknaitis

Gajus Miknaitis serves as the Director of Data Science at Grow Progress since May 2020, having previously held the position of Senior Data Scientist. At MoveOn.org, Gajus led a team for the Real Voter Voices Project, which focused on targeting voters through a digital persuasion campaign. Prior roles include Senior Data Scientist at Integral Ad Science and Director of Data Science at Agentis Energy, where data-driven recommendations helped utilities meet energy efficiency targets. Gajus has also contributed as a Senior Research Analyst at the Center for Neighborhood Technology, a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Fermilab, and a Research Assistant at the University of Washington, participating in significant astronomical research. Gajus holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Washington.
