Doc Ervin is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Grow Public Schools, a company that puts the child's needs first. Prior to this role, Doc Ervin served as the Superintendent at San Bernardino Unified School District, Bakersfield City School District, Greenfield Union School District, and as Assistant Superintendent of Schools at Partnership for Los Angeles Schools. Before transitioning into administrative roles, Doc Ervin was a High School Principal at Alliance for College-Ready Schools. Doc Ervin holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Alliant International University-San Diego Campus, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
