Kevin McGowan, M.S. IOP, ACC, currently serves as the Coordinator of Program Analytics at Grow Public Schools, focusing on data collection and analysis to support strategic initiatives. As an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at California Baptist University, Kevin teaches the "Work Motivation" course and created its curriculum. Kevin's previous roles include Training and Development Specialist at Kern Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, Associate Consultant at TurningWest, and various positions that engaged in training and organizational development. Kevin holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts from Lindenwood University.
