Ricardo Esquivel, Ed.D., currently serves as the Chief of Schools at Grow Public Schools. Prior to this role, Ricardo held various positions including Assistant Superintendent at San Bernardino City Unified School District, Superintendent at Elk Hills Elementary School District, and Executive Director at Wonderful College Prep Academy. Ricardo has also served as a High School Principal at Partnerships to Uplift Communities (PUC) Schools and a Middle/High School Principal at Larchmont Charter School. With a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Southern California, Ricardo is a Teach For America Alumni with a strong background in urban education and leadership.
