With an MBA in Business and a BS in Psychology, Neil spent his first 20 years in business as the founder & CEO of an early education franchise system based in Atlanta, GA. After selling those businesses in 2012, he decided to open the Grow Smart Marketing agency as a way to continue working with business owners and entrepreneurs looking to take their businesses to the next level.
