Alisson Pural is a seasoned sales and customer success professional with a strong background in the digital marketing and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Sales Outreach Manager and Outreach Director at Grow Team since August 2018, Alisson plays a pivotal role in enhancing internet marketing performance and reliability. Experience prior to Grow Team includes a tenure as Customer Success Manager at Empyr, where key achievements included managing over 200 merchants and significantly improving customer retention and revenue through strategic relationship building.
